Overview

DinoRANK was created in 2019 by SEO entrepreneurs Dean and Gaby Romero. The program was built to be an affordable all-in-one solution for digital marketers, bloggers and SEO experts from larger agencies looking to scale their businesses. Some DinoRANK reviews discovered that DinoRANK is an effective tool for digital business owners who want to increase organic traffic and reach.

This review of DinoRANK discovered that it allows users to complete keyword research for their site and analyze sites belonging to their competitors. Other features in the DinoRANK suite include the ability to conduct site audits, track keywords and improve suggestions for internal links to help experts manage their SEO strategies more effectively.

For this DinoRank review, we tested the SEO tool to see if it could live up to its name. The entry-level pricing worried us because affordability does not necessarily mean quality. Ultimately, we were pleasantly surprised by the features and abilities offered by DinoRank.

Pricing & Plans

Users can choose between three license tiers priced at $36, $60 and $130 per month. On the Pro and Business plans, users access white-label reports without DinoRANK branding and unlimited domains. Here’s a closer look at each of the tiers we looked into for our review of DinoRANK:

Starter Plan

The entry-level tier is priced at $36 Monthly and allows users to track 400 keywords daily alongside 25 domains and 300 TF*IDF and research 200 keywords monthly. This tier also includes cannibalization of thin content (20), graphic analysis (50) and visibility analysis (50).

Pro Plan

The midrange option is priced at $60 monthly and features tracking of 800 keywords daily and monitoring of 50 domains. On this plan, users also get an analysis of 600 TF*IDF pieces. During the monthly cycle, users can get 100 results by keyword research, cannibalization and thin content tracking (40), graphic analysis (150) and visibility analysis (100).

Business Plan

This pricing tier can be bought for $130 monthly. In this pricing plan, users have access to tracking of 2000 keywords each day. In the monthly cycle, users can generate 1200 results for keyword research and 300 results for keyword research. This tier also offers users cannibalization, thin content tracking (80), and monthly graphic analysis (300).

DinoRANK Features

DinoRANK is unlike any other SEO tool. It’s packed with features, and the software is easy to use. DinoRANK gives creatives and agencies valuable insights into their website and competitors’ websites. DinoRANK is affordable even for those starting. Here are some features we looked at in our review about DinoRANK:

Position Tracking

The position tracking tool allows users to track a targeted website’s daily ranking using specific keywords. Creators can also adjust their targeting to access content on specified devices and their locations, including desktop computers, and mobile phones. We could also monitor individual URLs.

The ability to track the evolution of keywords allows users to change the keywords to align with the fluctuations on the SERPs. Users can also track keyword clusters. Keyword position tracking is essential for any marketing strategy, but none more so than in fast-paced industries. The ability for users to track keyword positions ensures they can stay ahead of their competition. DinoRANK does this by monitoring changes in organic search engine results and showing rival keyword movements. Our review of DinoRANK found this feature to be exceptionally good.

Keyword Research

Marketing professionals know that keyword research is essential in content marketing. Keyword research is the backbone of SEO, and understanding which words a target audience is searching for is a game changer for marketers.

The DinoRANK keyword research tool is thorough, delivering the best results for a target audience. During this DinoRank review, we found the feature easy to use, and except usual metrics, it delivered trends and the level of competition. Utilizing the results, we were able to craft content that outranked similar sites and produced a higher click-through rate.

SEO Audit on Page

The on-page SEO Audit feature was a game changer for us with its ability to give the status of redirections, an audit of headings, meta titles and identification of slow URLs. We used the tool to clean up several SEO mistakes on previously created pages to help them rank higher during a search. Ultimately, this tool increased the business’s visibility online and brought it closer to its users. The error identification was flawless, and the returned recommendations were practical.

When used, the on-page SEO audit returned a comprehensive report of the targeted site, including its final chart with key metrics. To us and other DinoRANK reviews, this proved that the tool is potent. The results included headlines, tags and meta descriptions, which all showed errors and could have been improved.

Internal Linking

The internal linking feature can detect broken links in content. Often, spotting broken links can take time and effort. Because internal linking is an important SEO component, working links are vital for a website’s SERP ranking. DinoRANK’s tool helps users identify issues in their site’s internal linking.

Using the full version of the tool for this DinoRank review, we uncovered a full range of additional tools and features for users, including competitor research and a handy table that features all the necessary data needed for effective internal linking, including connection status, meta robots and each incoming URL.

The web architectural graphic showed us a complete ball graph that represents how every single URL of your web page is linked. This web architecture report represents exactly the same results as what Google will see when crawlers visit websites as well as when they follow internal links. A well-defined graph means that it is easier for Google crawlers and, ultimately, Google to understand the contents of a website and the relation between them.

And, in addition, if Google crawlers can easily find information, then your users can easily find the information needed. These helped us build an effective link-building campaign. When the tool was used with other features, such as keyword research and tracking, we identified specific issues on our pages that prevented them from ranking as high as they should.

DinoRANK Internal PR

Internal Page Rank affects a website’s rank and visibility online. The DinoRANK Internal Page Rank measures the internal page rank of a specified page. The data produced helps creatives improve their content to ensure pages can be well distributed on the website. When tested, the data delivered was valuable and showed exactly the strength of the tested page.

We also tracked how the page progressed and used this data to implement our strategy better. While conducting research for this DinoRank review, we used the tool to understand our SEO strengths on the page and identify several weaknesses. The DinoRANK tool made this process much more manageable. We loved that the results also showed us the strength of the incoming links. In a real-world scenario, we would have used this data to replace low-performing links with ones that featured stronger online.

TF*IDF and Prominence

This DinoRANK feature allows users to improve their content by using keywords in their text. Implementing a working keyword strategy can be time-consuming. Dozens of free tools claim to use selected keywords effectively, and we were worried that DinoRANK was the same.

It is not. DinoRANK’s feature uses competitor data, including keywords, to deliver terms related to a specific keyword.  These terms can be utilized in the content writing phase to help content rank higher when searched for. The results are keyword-rich text that appeals to Google crawlers and customers alike.

For the DinoRank review, we were given straightforward results that were easy to interpret and action, ultimately enhancing our content. The data provided was concise and even showed how often each term needed to be used for the content to outrank our competitors. The results given were also relevant to the keyword which we input.

Cannibalizations

Let’s say that multiple pages on one website compete for the same keyphrase. If that happens, one page can harm the ranking of the other. In the SEO world, that issue is known as keyword cannibalization.

The DinoRANK tool identifies and solves cannibalization issues to ensure a targeted website ranks higher with relevant keywords. It does this using a highly efficient algorithm to analyze a website and detect instances of cannibalization. Our test brought up similar pages and ineffective keyword research.

During the DinoRank review, the results returned showed us which URLs to prioritize. We then used this data and the provided solutions to enhance meta descriptions and remove some content. DinoRANK also suggested new internal links and better headings for our page. Overall, we were impressed with this feature and how well it worked on our test page.

Thin Content

Thin Content is one of the biggest enemies of anyone in the SEO game. Having thin content on a website will almost instantly lower SERP ranking, reduce traffic and prevent conversions. The DinoRANK tool analyzes URLs that have low traffic. Other DinoRANK reviews claimed it was one of the best. We used this tool with the page rank, and it produced stunning results, giving us an overall picture of the quality of our content on the test page.

The tool can be used with several other DinoRANK features to produce a report for linking patterns. This valuable information is the key to having an effective SEO strategy. For the DinoRank review, we found the feature helpful and easy to use. The data is practical and identified duplicated and low-quality content.

Organic Traffic

Organic traffic is practically gold for a website’s SEO. The Organic Traffic feature uses data synchronized with Google Analytics and Search Console to report which website sections received the highest and lowest clicks and impressions. Responsive content attracts more organic traffic because it reaches users through their search.

We used the features to improve anchor text and headers. We worked with the tool to resolve cannibalization issues and optimize internal links throughout our test page. To use the feature for the DinoRank review, we selected the page to analyze keywords on the page and give us opportunities for additional keywords.

Visibility

The visibility feature allows users to analyze the estimated traffic and keywords their competitors are ranked for. This powerful tool gives creatives an edge over their competition by showing you which words competitors are using that get them ranked. The tool is easy to operate and produces a downloadable report. To get started, enter the domain for which you would like the report and select the country.

According to other DinoRANK reviews, the returned report will list keywords and their position in the SERP. This feature only works for domains that receive over 5,000 visits. The report details help users know which keywords to use and which not to use when setting up their digital marketing strategy.

The feature also shows users which keywords are trending up and which are losing ground. Trends that are on the up need to be taken advantage of; it means people are searching for terms, and those losing their footing can be excluded from the site. While writing this DinoRank review, we found that the feature returned estimated traffic for each trend on our competitor’s site.

External Linking Management

Control of your website’s external connections is essential for any SEO optimization management strategy. Marketers must manage their external links efficiently to maximize a website’s ranking. The backlinks inserted into user-generated copy therefore require to be natural. While it all seems quite complicated, the external linking management feature helped to keep track of all external links inserted into the test page.

The External Linking Management feature showed us a list of external links on the page and gave us the to and from URLs and the anchor text. The report also detailed whether the links are followed. For this DinoRank review, we could use this information to determine which external links were the most valuable to us.

Link Building

Linkbuilding is one of the fastest ways to get results in Google search results. For linkbuilding to work effectively, websites also need good content and a well-thought-out URL structure among other things. Through this DinoRANK review we found that DinoRANK can speed up the SEO process. One of the most important part linkbuilding has knowing and taking advantage of which sites link to your competitors and from which URLs.

With the backlinks tool on DinoRANK users enter a domain in the search engine and see how many links it has and at what rate it has been creating them. Doing this allowed us to answer a number of really important questions for our SEO strategy including how much link building is being done, how fast we needed to implement our strategy and how our link profile had grown.

DinoRANK also supplied important information such as the number of domains linking to the site, the total number of links the site receives, what authority the websites linking to us have and which anchors they were using. The report returned also included valuable information on when the link was first created, how many links they emit and from which URLs, to which URLs these links arrive and if the link has any nofollow instruction.

Content Gap

This feature blew us away. We used the Content Gap tool to identify opportunities for better content and new keywords. DinoRank’s Content Gap feature analyzes the keywords you instruct it to and pits those keywords against content on your competitor’s website. It then lets you know what content your competitor has that you may be missing on your website.

The benefits of doing this are twofold. You can uncover keywords that you may not be using or not using to their full potential. This will allow you to generate more content specific to those keywords. Utilizing these terms, you will also then be able to create topic clusters for content that Google will deem more relevant.

We used this tool for the DinoRank review to find gaps in the content on our test page. We could then further elaborate on those topics and keywords to create even more content our competitors had used.  We loved that by combining the Content Gap feature with the thin content feature, we could see which content on our competitor’s site received far less traffic than it should have. We were able to establish a strategy that would take advantage of the gap in the market.

DinoBrain

DinoBrain is the latest feature added to the DinoRANK arsenal. It is a highly intuitive AI created with the sole purpose of generating content that ranks. In its latest update, DinoBrain launched the ability to create images. We tested DinoBrain for this DinoRank review on its ability to write short and long articles, optimize the work created, and incorporate keywords.

The output was simply sensational. DinoBrain created dozens of content pieces in just a few minutes. For our review of DinoRANK, we then used the completed pieces on DinoRANK to see where they would fit best on our test page. We only needed to give a few instructions. It exploits the full power of AI to come to the best conclusion and write without much help. During our review, DinoRANK and DinoBrain performed well.

DinoBrain forms part of the DinoRANK Pro and business packages. The Pro Plan with DinoBrain runs at around $60 per month and includes the full suite of features from DinoRANK and 20 content pieces from DinoBrain. For just over $100, users can purchase the Business Plan, which allows them to create 80 content pieces without word limits.

Conclusion

DinoRANK is a comprehensive solution for SEO optimization. For this DinoRank review, we found that the plans are affordable and the system is easy to use. You can choose the price tier suited to your needs depending on what you want from the platform. We loved the incorporation of DinoBrain, and when used with the DinoRANK, it becomes a full-on powerhouse for your SEO needs. While there are DinoRANK alternatives, only some of them fall within DinoRANK’s price range.
